What is collected

When you submit a testimonial, we store the name, optional role or company, rating, review text, optional video, and publication permission you provide. Business owners sign in with a configured Google or GitHub account. We use the provider’s stable account identifier to keep workspaces separate and a secure session cookie to remember sign-in. Google access tokens are used only during sign-in. Email accounts use Supabase Auth, which stores your email, account name and a one-way password hash. Resend delivers verification and password-reset emails. A temporary, secure cookie supports password recovery. Passwords are never stored in our application database.

What becomes public

New reviews are private to the business owner until approved. Approved reviews, including your submitted name, role, stars, text and optional video, can appear in the business’s website widget and marketing materials. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Optional AI editing

When enabled, AI polishing sends your draft to OpenAI only after you opt in. You can review the suggestion, keep your original, or edit it. Your original text remains visible to the business owner; the published widget uses the wording you submit.

Optional voice reviews

With your permission, we send your recording to OpenAI to transcribe it and suggest clearer wording. VeriNodo does not save the audio. OpenAI processes audio under its API data policies. Temporary transcript drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed by the next scheduled cleanup (within another hour). When you submit, the raw transcript, your chosen wording and AI-extracted names or highlights remain visible to the business owner. Only your submitted wording and chosen star rating appear in the public widget after approval. Do not record sensitive information. Voice uses hourly counters with hashed network identifiers and daily business limits to prevent abuse.

Business integrations

Businesses on AI Premium may retrieve their published reviews through a private API key and send publication or removal events to a Zapier or Make webhook they configure. These services process the shared data under the business’s connected account. API keys can be replaced and webhook delivery disabled from Billing. Delivery records store review identifiers and retry status; the current published review is sent only when a delivery runs.

Storage and removal

Reviews remain stored until the business deletes them. To withdraw publication permission or request deletion, contact the business that sent you the review link. The business can hide or permanently delete the review and its video from its dashboard. Copies already shared outside VeriNodo may need separate removal.

Payments and service security

When payments are activated, Stripe processes checkout and billing. VeriNodo does not receive your card details. We retain payment identifiers and plan status. We use daily request counters with hashed network identifiers to limit abuse; these counters are not shown publicly.
